Addison Lee Launches Global Digital Service

Addison Lee is launching a global digital service that it says will allow customers to book journeys in more than 100 cities worldwide via its app. To support this expansion, the group is investing additional millions of dollars in its London and New York operations.

Through the Addison Lee app and website, corporate customers can now book cars across the globe, including Paris, Berlin, Beijing and Johannesburg. The group says its premium service levels are guaranteed through its affiliate network of 5,000 partners.

Booking international cars through the app is similar to the experience in the group’s London and New York operations, according to Addison Lee. The app uses a combination of Apple Maps and Google Maps APIs to show customers local maps and allow them to see their location.
