A woman died after being struck by a for hire vehicle (FHV) driver’s Toyota SUV in Brooklyn on July 16, just before 10:00pm. The driver was traveling north on Fourth Avenue in Bay Ridge when he struck the 61-year-old victim near Senator Street, officials said. The victim was rushed to Lutheran Hospital where she was pronounced dead. The driver remained at the scene.
