On May 23, Matthew W. Daus, Esq., Founder and Chair of the Transportation Practice Group at Windels Marx, presented Pat Russo, a partner in the practice group, with the Practitioner of the Year Award at the Annual Meeting and Awards Dinner of the New York Metro Chapter of the American Society for Public Administration (ASPA). The award is conferred on individuals who demonstrate excellence and leadership in the public sector at multiple levels of government, higher education, not-for-profits, electoral politics and the private sector.
