The New York City Taxi & Limousine Commission (TLC) has alerted medallion owners that “all medallion owners must submit a financial disclosure for calendar year 2022 to the TLC by June 15, 2023. Annual Medallion Owner Financial Disclosures should be filled out online. The TLC has said it will not accept the Disclosure in person or via email.
According to the TLC: “Independent medallion owners, sole proprietors, partnerships, corporations, and limited liability companies must file medallion finance information annually. This includes financial information such as operating expenses, income from taxi operations, and any loans for financed medallions.”
