The New York City Taxi & Limousine Commission’s (TLC’s) For-Hire Vehicle License Storage Program, which was created to provide relief to license holders during the COVID-19 pandemic, is ending August 31 – as conditions have eased and trip volumes continue to rebound. TLC is working on a new, more limited storage program, which will allow license holders to put them in storage periodically; details will be announced separately.
