Tesla has reportedly been eyeing up plans for the expansion of its Robotaxi service by hiring more “vehicle operators” in cities across the U.S. – including New York City. According to MSN, Tesla is looking to open up shop for its Robotaxi program in Brooklyn, where double-parked delivery vans, eBikes and red-light runners challenge even the most seasoned drivers. Tesla’s biggest rival, Waymo already has autonomous vehicle on the road in NYC.
