In dramatic dash-cam footage shared online, a biker was seen rolling over the hood of a taxi near W. 39th St. A police report said the driver left the scene of the accident, shortly after 3:00pm in July. The report noted that the 28-year-old biker was uninjured, but leaving the scene of an accident is a crime, police said. The footage showed the taxi turning onto 12th Ave. near either W. 38th St. or W. 39th St., when it crossed a bike lane and plowed into the cyclist. Fortunately, the cyclist flipped over the hood before clattering back onto the road.
