The New York City Taxi & Limousine Commission (TLC) caught an unlicensed driver in May operating a dangerously unsafe vehicle at the Brooklyn Cruise Terminal, authorities said. The individual had allegedly repurposed a retired yellow cab to lure unsuspecting passengers, without proper licensing. In a social media post, TLC Police joked that the “bald tires are enough to make Mr. Clean jealous.”
