The Hon. Phillip Hom, former Special Counsel to Windels Marx Lane & Mittendorf, LLP, was recently appointed by Governor Kathy Hochul to the New York State Supreme Court, Appellate Division Second Judicial Department. This appellate bench, led by Presiding Justice Wavny Toussaint, hears appeals from the Civil and Criminal Courts in Kings, Queens, and Richmond counties.
