The Livery Round Table recently advised its members that “numerous Livery Fund members failed to upload their monthly trip records per Livery Fund requirements – adding that some member bases have yet to register an account. Bases that have not registered an account, should visit www.newyorkliveryfund.com/trip-records-portal to be redirected to the Livery Fund’s website to register and start uploading trip records. Directions can be found at: www.newyorkliveryfund.com.
The Fund charges its members $195 per affiliated livery vehicle and a 32.25-cent membership fee on each trip dispatched to a non-livery TLC licensed vehicle, up to $292.50 per non-livery TLC-licensed vehicle (CAP).
“To enjoy the benefits of the CAP and properly assess reaching the CAP per vehicle, members are REQUIRED to self-report all dispatches to the Livery Fund monthly,” the Livery Round Table stated. “Absent a member providing this data to the Livery Fund, they will be charged the uncapped rate per trip fee, based on NYC Open Data, which only identifies the affiliated base but does not provide vehicle information. Members failing to timely provide the data to the Livery Fund through its portal may not enjoy the benefit of the CAP. Additionally, due to the delay in TLC posting of data, the Livery Fund will charge any base that does not self-report an estimate based on prior months’ NYC Open Data numbers. Thus, providing the monthly report to the ILDBF benefits all Livery Fund members.”
