The Port Authority of New York and New Jersey has changed its policies for operation of the Terminal B Garage at LaGuardia Airport. As of January 12, 2019, drivers using levels 3 through 7 of the Terminal B Garage and paying with credit/debit or cash must take a ticket at the entry plaza. Those drivers with E-ZPass Plus will not be required to take a ticket and will automatically be charged any required payments for parking through their E-ZPass Plus tag. Drivers paying with credit/debit or cash can use the pay-on-foot machines located on levels 1, 3, and 4. Drivers paying with credit/debit can also pay at the exit plaza.
The cost of using levels 3 through 7 is as follows:
- First 30 minutes: free
- Each additional 30 minutes: $5 per half hour
- Maximum daily charge: $39
Levels 1 and 2 will continue to be available for FHV staging at no cost and no time limit.
