In October, The Black Car Fund was one of only two winners of the 2019 mPower Award, presented at the Annual Property and Casualty Conference in Boca Raton Fla. Berj Haroutunian, Executive Chairman of The Black Car Fund and President of Vital Transportation, accepted the award on behalf of The Fund.
