The NYC Taxi & Limousine Commission’s (TLC’s) mobile office, Van Hailin’ provided convenient “walk-up” services to its licensees on May 24, at the TLC’s Staten Island office (1139 Hylan Boulevard) and June 21, at Common Point, 77-17 Queens Blvd., in Elmhurst. In addition to drug testing (provided by LabCorp for $34, payable by money order only), drivers had access to qualified TLC reps to discuss and/or resolve settlement offers, removal of suspensions and revocations (if compliant) – along with details on TAMIS proof of “current” status, navigating TLC Up, general licensing inquiries, violation notices, failed inspections and required decals. Drivers must present their TLC driver’s license to be drug tested.

For future Van Hailin’ events, the TLC suggests reserving a spot using the following link:https://forms.office.com/g/vgJVXwSvXg, as services are provided on a first-come, first-served basis on the day of the event.
