Diana-Clemente

Diana Clemente, BCAC’s New President

After many years of faithfully and honorably serving as President of the Black Car Assistance Corporation, Berj Haroutunian, President of Vital Transportation, is stepping down. I would like to congratulate his replacement, Diana Clemente, President of Big Apple Car.

Ms. Clemente had the following to say: “I’m honored to return as President of the Black Car Assistance Corporation, a position I previously held. My fellow board members and colleagues, along with Ira Goldstein, are the most amazing and committed professionals all working tirelessly to improve the future for the industry and each of the hard-working drivers who depend on the black car industry to support their families. I want to thank Berj Haroutunian for his many years of hard work and sacrifice and to assure everyone – owners and operators alike – that I will work tirelessly to carry forward the torch as we all navigate through troubled waters. Let’s all keep a positive attitude – and drivers, be sure to deliver outstanding customer service on each and every ride. If we all do our part with professionalism, honesty and pride, I’m confident that calmer waters are ahead for each of us.”

There are more changes happening in our industry than at any other time I can remember, so please stay tuned by regularly visiting our website (www.blackcarnews.com) for breaking stories, or “like” our Facebook page.
