The New York Black Car Fund presented a Public Service Award to Nora Marino “for her steadfast commitment to fairness and for working diligently to address industry concerns” on April 21. Marino, who previously served as a commissioner for the New York City Taxi & Limousine Commission (TLC), received the award at Il Bacco Ristorante in Little Neck, NY.
