The New York Black Car Fund (BCF) held its most recent Resource Fair on October 28 at their Driver Education Center (37-10 Skillman Ave, Queens, NY 11101), offering attendees direct access to members of the Independent Drivers Guild’s Mental Health & Wellness Program, healthcare professionals from the Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center – who did on-site screenings and offered referral services – and experts on the many benefits provided by The Black Car Fund’s Workers Benefit Fund at no cost to their eligible drivers.
Dashcam company, Nexar was also on hand, answering questions about their products and donating cameras for multiple lucky raffle winners. The BCF and Independent Drivers Guild recently partnered with Nexar to provide exclusive discounts on dashcams for NY drivers.
