The New York Black Car Fund (BCF) hosted its first UPSTATE Resource Fair at the North Tonawanda Football Hall of Fame in North Tonawanda, NY on April 21-22. The BCF provided resources designed specifically for covered drivers upstate, and experts fielded questions regarding the BCF’s many benefits, paid for through a small surcharge on rides the drivers perform. Attendees also participated in free raffles and giveaways and enjoyed light refreshments. The first 50 drivers that arrived each day received an exclusive BCF door prize.
