The Black Car Fund (BCF) is holding its Upstate Defensive Driving Course (DDC-6) on April 11 & 12, from 10:00am to 5:00pm,.at the North Tonawanda Football Hall of Fame (240A Goundry Street, Rear Building) in North Tonawanda, NY. The course satisfies the licensing requirements of the various Taxi & Limousine Commissions in New York State (i.e. NYC, Westchester, Nassau, Suffolk). It may also result in insurance premium reductions and point reductions from the New York DMV.
Eligible BCF Drivers may take this course once every three years and receive a check for $300 from The Black Car Fund upon completion.
