The Black Car Fund increased the amount it pays drivers to attend their Wellness STEP classes online, from $75 to $150. There are six modules, which cover safety instruction and provide details about the many benefits the BCF provides to its covered drivers. People attending classes in person will now be paid $250, up from $200. The class lasts about four hours. BCF notes that the Wellness Step class is not the mandatory TLC class required for renewals.
