The Livery Round Table (LRT) emailed members in August, noting that “several livery bases have failed to upload their monthly trip records to the NYC Taxi & Limousine Commission (TLC).” Failure to comply with TLC rules regarding trip record submissions means “you will likely receive a directive from the TLC,” they said. Additionally, “some members have yet to register an account with the Livery Fund,” the LRT email added. Bases that have not registered an account with the Livery Fund can visit: https://www.newyorkliveryfund. com/trip-records-portal to register and start uploading trip records. Registering takes only a few minutes.
The Fund charges its members $234 per affiliated livery vehicle and a 26-cent membership fee on each trip dispatched to a non-livery TLC licensed vehicle, up to $234 per non-livery TLC licensed vehicle (CAP). To get the benefits of the CAP and properly assess fees, members are required to report all dispatches to the Livery Fund and the TLC on a monthly basis.
