The Port Authority is moving the FHV staging lot for Terminals C and D at LaGuardia Airport (LGA) from the World’s Fair Marina to 23rd Avenue and 90th Street. The World’s Fair Marina lot closes Sun. March 29, at 11:00pm and the new lot will open Mon, March 30, at 6:00am.
