New York City’s Taxi & Limousine Commission (TLC) will be moving to a 39,000-square-foot space at 250 Broadway in the Financial District, spanning the entire fourth floor and part of the fifth floor of the 31-story office tower. The agency is expected to move in the first quarter of 2027 from their Beaver St. address in Lower Manhattan, which is roughly the same size as their newly planned space. The TLC has additional locations at 31-00 47th Ave. in Long Island City and 24-55 Brooklyn-Queens Expressway West in Woodside.
