Matthew W. Daus, Esq., Transportation Technology Chair of the University Transportation Research Center at the City University of New York, contributed the Taxi and Private Hire entry to the Elgar Encyclopedia of Transport and Society – which explores the impact of transport planning, policy and implementation on wider societal issues.
