The Taxi Limousine & Paratransit Association (TLPA) is celebrating its 100th Annual Convention & Trade Show at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas from October 27 to 29. The association has developed a new program agenda that requires only a two-night stay to take advantage of all of the convention opportunities. For their centennial Annual Convention & Trade Show, the TLPA will feature a new format, new technology and new speakers. The three-day, action-packed format will feature 12 interactive Learning Labs focused on Innovations & Technology; Diversification & Market Trends; and Workforce & Driver Management.
Each Learning Lab will feature an informed presentation followed by a moderated, interactive, open forum to discuss the topic, presenting a blend of instruction, case study and peer learning. Dennis Snow, a renowned customer service expert and 20-year veteran of Disney is among the professional speakers – he will present “Delivering World-Class Customer Service: Lessons from the Mouse.”
The trade show will also feature plenty of networking and food and beverage functions.
Caesars Palace has a limited number of rooms for TLPA until October 1, or when the block sells out. TLPA’s special group rate is $199 for single or double occupancy. TLPA also has a small block of rooms available at the Flamingo for the special rate of $99 for single or double occupancy. Rooms are exclusive of applicable room taxes.
