A woman slashed the neck of a taxi driver with a knife after he asked her to pay the fare for a Feb. 11 ride in Queens. The assailant fled on foot and was last seen headed eastbound on 23rd Avenue, according to police. The victim was transported by EMS to NYC Health + Hospitals/Elmhurst, where he was listed in stable condition. Anyone with information is asked to call Crime Stoppers at (800) 577-TIPS.
