RideShare Knight unveiled in June the first comprehensive vehicle service contract designed specifically for the rideshare community. Starting at only $36 per month, RideShare Knight offers the following:

  • Bumper-to-bumper coverage
  • 24/7 roadside assistance– including towing and lockout services
  • Nationwide coverage
  • Online portal (with ease of access)
  • 0% Financing

RideShare Knight’s warranty is eligible on all makes and models, with up to 90,000 miles. Customers can use any licensed mechanic/dealership of their choosing. Simply sign up on the platform, and you gain access to the company’s services whenever you need them.If your vehicle is exchanged or sold, your Rideshare Knight coverage is transferrable and stays with the new owner.

“RideShare Knight vehicle service contracts provide the necessary protection from mechanical breakdowns to rideshare drivers across the country, so they can drive with confidence,” explains Max Zanan, the company’s co-founder and CEO. “We cover the cost of parts and labor, provide emergency roadside assistance, and offer 0% financing to all drivers.”

“Whenever your car breaks down, our team will direct you to a licensed mechanic and provide repair support, with a deductible of just $100,” adds co-founder, Gavriel Gavrilov.

The cars of rideshare drivers see far more miles than a typical warranty covers, so RideShare Knight steps in to protect drivers from unexpected costs and offers assistance in the event of an emergency. Most factory bumper-to-bumper warranties last for three years or 36,000 miles (whichever comes first), but once you exceed that limit, you are on your own. Someone who drives 200 miles a day would be out of their factory warranty within six months. It would then fall on them to cover repairs. Other extended warranties DO NOT cover drivers that drive for rideshare services like Uber, Lyft and Via.
