According to Crain’s New York Business, Revel is negotiating with site owners to take over four charging sites that had previously been planned by Tesla, after the company abruptly backed out of leases and laid off roughly 500 employees tasked with building out of the stations. Crain’s noted that the locations included Maspeth, College Point, Queens, the South Bronx and East New York, Brooklyn.

If Revel manages to ink deals for the sites, dozens of new chargers would be added to their NYC charging network.
