A 28-year-old man died in October after falling out of a moving limo bus in Baiting Hollow, Riverhead police said. The incident took place at 1:21pm. When police arrived, they found Alex Levy, of Oceanside, on the road and in need of medical assistance. It was determined that he was a passenger on a limo bus traveling westbound and had somehow fallen out of it.

Levy was assisted at the scene by a medical team and transported to Peconic Bay Medical Center for treatment, where he died. The investigation is ongoing, but the incident was initially deemed accidental.
