The New York City Taxi & Limousine Commission (TLC) alerted its licensees to a webinar on the SmartCharge New York incentive program being offered by Con Edison, which was held Jan. 10. According to the TLC: “Con Edison is actively working to increase awareness about how you can earn cash rewards for charging your electric vehicle (EV) during off-peak times.
