The New York Black Car Fund (BCF) began providing FREE seatbelt stickers to member bases and their drivers, in response to New York’s latest seat belt law requiring all TLC-licensed vehicles display a notice reminding passengers to buckle up. The stickers can be picked up at Vital Transportation’s General Manager’s office at 4124 38th St. Queens, NY 11101. Pick up hours are Monday-Friday, between 9:00am and 2:00pm.
There is a limit of 200 stickers per Member Base request. Covered drivers may also request stickers, with a limit of two stickers per request. Questions regarding pickup can be directed to Vital’s GM, Charlie at 718.472.2500, ext. 3029.
