In April, The Black Car Fund appointed Lionel Morales to serve as its new Communications and External Affairs Specialist. Morales brings with him years of media relations and political experience.
A lifelong Queens resident, Morales previously served as Director of Communications for City Council Member Paul Vallone for five years. Over the past decade, he has been involved in local politics and civic activism – both professionally and personally.
